Every full-service project begins with a 2-hour in-home working session with Ashley, where we get to know your goals, review your space, and start shaping the vision. This is more than a meet-and-greet. It’s a strategic session where Ashley offers preliminary ideas, identifies architectural challenges, and makes early recommendations for everything from space planning to custom furniture. It’s our chance to listen deeply, offer insight, and begin defining what’s possible.

✍️ Steps 2–4: Design Phase – Programming, Concepts & Presentation

Next, we move into the design phase, where the real magic begins. We coordinate site visits with our trusted trades to gather measurements and scope. Then, over the course of 8–10 weeks (depending on project scope), our team creates a comprehensive design concept including full selections, construction drawings, custom details, and a preliminary budget. This all culminates in a personalized, in-person presentation where Ashley walks you through every element. One round of revisions is included, ensuring everything feels just right before we move forward.

Once the design is approved, we shift into implementation mode. AMI handles all procurement, material storage, scheduling, and coordination with trades. We manage every moving part behind the scenes so you don’t have to. When installation begins, our team oversees the entire process with precision. Finally, during the project closure phase, we review the completed space, address any final details, and present you with a project binder including warranties and care information. This is where everything comes together and we hand you the keys to a home that feels completely reimagined.
