How do we begin working with AMI?

Once you submit the Inquiry Form, our team reviews your project needs and schedules a complimentary 20 minute call between you and Ashley to discuss your project further. From there, you continue through our 7-Phase Process mentioned on our Home page.

What if we already

have a contractor?

We're happy to work alongside a contractor you've already hired and we're also willing to make suggestions if you don't have a contractor on board quite yet.

How long can I expect my project to take?

The duration of the design process can vary depending on several factors, including the scope of the project, the complexity of the design, and the level of customization required. A project could take anywhere from several months to a few years.

When is payment required?

We require payment prior to the beginning of each phase in our process - the consultation, the design phase, and the implementation phase.

Do you offer custom

furniture and design?

We source custom pieces unique to your design taste and needs, including upholstered furniture, millwork designs, case goods, and window treatments. We can also incorporate your existing pieces.

How many revisions

are included?

We include one round of revisions following the Design Presentation to ensure you are just as pleased as we are with the final design.
